Ozak DOA Gokturk is a residential project by Ozak GYO on Istanbul Caddesi in the Gokturk Merkez neighborhood of Eyupsultan, on the European side of Istanbul. It has 67 apartments in three blocks of ground plus 4 floors, holding 20, 23 and 24 homes, on 10,674 sqm of land with about 29,100 sqm of construction. The developer places the site beside the forest. The blocks received their occupancy permits in March 2024, and handovers to buyers began that month.

Plans run from 2+1 to 5.5+1, and every home has a balcony, terrace or garden. On the upper floors a 3+1 is about 198 sqm gross and a 4.5+1 about 276 sqm. The garden duplexes on the lower floors and the penthouse duplexes under the roof are larger, up to about 600 sqm gross for a 5.5+1 penthouse with its roof terrace counted in. The site has an indoor pool, a gym, a lounge, a children's playroom, playgrounds and sports areas, a barbecue area, walking paths and an orchard, with 24-hour security and cameras. In the closed car park, each 2+1, 3+1 and 3.5+1 has 2 spaces and each larger apartment has 3. The developer gives the drive to Istanbul Airport as 10 minutes.
