Koray Upland is a residential project by Koray GYO in the Gokturk neighborhood of Eyupsultan, on the European side of Istanbul. It has 187 apartments and 8 shops in 9 blocks on 20,131 sqm of land at the edge of the Belgrad Forest, next to the developer's Koray Liberte. The blocks rise up to 5 stories above 2 or 3 basement levels, and the shops are on the ground floor of blocks C1 and C2. Construction is under way: in July 2026 the developer's valuation report found the shell of every block finished and interior work in progress.
The homes range from 1+1 to 5+1, and the floor plans the developer publishes show net areas from about 93 sqm for a 2+1 to about 216 sqm for a 5+1. Some ground floor flats have private gardens, and the top floors have roof gardens and wide terraces. The site has 2 outdoor swimming pools, a gym, a sauna and a Finnish bath, children's play areas and a running and walking track. Every flat has a covered parking space in the basement, which leaves the open ground for landscaping. The developer places the Gokturk Pond Nature Park a few minutes away.
Road distance, and the drive from an empty road to normal daytime traffic. Rush hour can take longer. Check the distance to any school, hospital or station on the Istanbul property map.
The nearest rail stop is Gokturk station on the M11 metro line, about 20 minutes on foot (1.7 km). By road, Istanbul Airport is about 18 km away and Sabiha Gokcen Airport about 78 km.
