Ozak Duyu Gokturk

Ozak Duyu Gokturk is a residential project by Ozak GYO in the Gokturk Merkez neighborhood of Eyupsultan, on the European side of Istanbul. It has 141 apartments in five blocks of ground plus 4 floors, built on 11,891 sqm of land with about 27,200 sqm of construction. The plot borders the Kagithane stream on its east side, and the developer places it next to the forest areas of Gokturk. The developer plans to complete the project in 2026.

Plans run from 1+1 to 4.5+1, with gross sizes from about 65 sqm to 360 sqm. Some lower-floor apartments have private gardens and terraces, and the top floor has roof duplexes with roof terraces. The site has an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, a lawn for yoga and fitness, a sports area, children's playgrounds, barbecue and fire pit seating, walking and cycling paths and a cafe corner, with 24-hour security. The car park is below ground, with 1 space for each 1+1 and 2+1 and 2 spaces for each larger apartment. The developer gives the drive to Istanbul Airport as 10 minutes.
