Kestane Park Evleri

Kestane Park Evleri is a residential project located on the European side of Istanbul, in the Bagcilar district. The project is owned by Boy Yapi and includes 80 independent residential units built on a land area of 2.200 sqm in total. The project contains 5 different types of residential units, with unit sizes ranging between 75 and 190 sqm. The residential complex also includes many residential services and features, such as, but not limited to, a children’s playground, CCTV monitoring, a security guard, gazebos and a walking track, a recreational pond and a controlled entrance.

Within the units, by the time of delivery, the company provides built-in white goods, central heating, heat cost allocators, an ensuite bathroom, a balcony option and structural qualities such as water storage, a booster system, a power generator, an elevator and a fire escape.

The project is located in Bagcilar’s Yavuz Selim neighborhood. There are various venues for daily life near this spot, such as shopping centers, hospitals, a mosque and connections to highways such as the D-100.
