Kosuyolu Koru Evleri

Tas Yapi and Selcuklu Insaat have come together and produced the ultimate residential project in Uskudar’s Altunizade neighborhood, Kosuyolu Koru Evleri. The residential complex includes 196 residential units that are built upon a 30.000 sqm land area. The project incorporates a mini forest-like environment and walking tracks within. The residents of Kosuyolu Koru Evleri will benefit from the landscape architecture and the natural touches scattered all around the project. The exterior design of the building also resembles wooden material; hence, the entire project looks like a typical Black Sea architectural style, but in a modernized way.

The social facilities that the residents of Kosuyolu Koru Evleri are offered are an outdoor swimming pool, a children’s swimming pool and playgrounds, a fitness center, a walking track, a cafeteria and an exceptional view of the forest, as well as a full-time security guard. Some of the structural qualities that help maintain the practical living of the residents are a storage tank, an elevator, a water booster and a power generator. Within the units, the availability of a wide range of residential services, varying from built-in white goods to an ensuite bathroom and a central heating system, increases the living standards of the future clients.
