Safahat Istanbul

Safahat Istanbul was announced in 2017 as a residential project in the Uskudar district on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, through the cooperation of Pana Yapi and Selimoglu Group. It was planned with 3.500 residential units and 50 commercial units in the form of stores. The construction area of the project was reported as 500.000 sqm and its living area as 300.000 sqm, which would have ranked it among the largest residential projects in the city. The units had been scheduled for delivery in June 2020. Only pre-demand was collected: sales and construction did not follow.

The size of the units was to range between 60 and 300 sqm, with balcony options, central heating and heat cost allocators. The plans listed a fitness center, a vitamin bar, a walking track, indoor and outdoor parking lots, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, a football pitch, a pond, a sauna and Turkish bath, a children’s swimming pool, playgrounds and green living space.
