Meda Modern Park is a residential project by Meda Yapi in the Aydinevler neighborhood of Maltepe, on the Asian side of Istanbul. It has 365 units in 3 blocks with about 27,000 sqm of construction, on Yayli Sokak close to the Marmara University campus, and the developer gives its project years as 2026 to 2028.

The homes are 1+0 studios and 1+1 and 2+1 apartments, in 5 plan types. In the developer's sample plans, gross sizes run from about 46 sqm for a studio to about 99 sqm for a 2+1. Shared facilities include a sauna, a Turkish bath and a gym, a covered car park on 2 levels with charging points for electric cars, and solar panels on the roof that power the common areas, with security around the clock. The developer puts Marmara University 2 minutes away, Kucukyali metro station 4 minutes and Sabiha Gokcen Airport 25 minutes.
