Ozak Dragos

Ozak Dragos is a residential project by Ozak GYO on Tugay Yolu Caddesi in the Cevizli neighborhood of Maltepe, on the Asian side of Istanbul, across from the Maltepe Park shopping center. It has 458 apartments in five blocks of 13 floors above the ground floor, set on two facing parcels that total about 15,500 sqm. The developer plans to complete the project and hand it over in December 2026.

Plans are 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1, and many of the 2+1 and 3+1 apartments look toward the sea and the Princes' Islands. About 60 percent of the land is garden and landscaping with no car traffic inside, and each parcel has its own social facility with an outdoor pool, gym, cafe, lounge and sauna. Esenkent station on the M4 metro line is within walking distance, and the E-5 highway runs beside the site.
