Viva Perla

Viva Perla is a residential project by Tarhan Insaat in the Aydinevler neighborhood of Maltepe, on the Asian side of Istanbul. It is an urban renewal project of 2 blocks with 185 apartments, 11 offices and 13 shops, and the developer gives the project area as 25,180 sqm, with 1,428 sqm of commercial space. The site is about 500 meters from the E-5 highway and next to the Marmara University campus. Both blocks have been completed.

The apartments range from 1+1 to 3+1, and there are also duplexes from 2+1 to 5+2. In the developer's floor plans, gross sizes run from about 51 sqm for a 1+1 to about 153 sqm for a 3+1, and the duplexes measure about 123 to 302 sqm including their terraces. Shared facilities include a swimming pool that can be open or covered, a gym, spa, sauna, Turkish bath, a children's playground and covered parking, with security around the clock. The developer places Kucukyali metro station, Hilltown shopping mall and the Marmara University hospital within walking distance, and gives the distance to Sabiha Gokcen Airport as 22 km.
