Nefes Koru Gokturk

Nefes Koru Gokturk is a residential project by Zilal Insaat and Gul Insaat in the Gokturk Merkez neighborhood of Eyupsultan, on the European side of Istanbul. It has 202 homes and 10 commercial units on about 26,000 sqm of land, with about 56,000 sqm of construction and about 16,000 sqm of landscaping. The low-rise blocks stand on Istanbul Caddesi at the northern edge of Gokturk, where the houses give way to forest, and the shops face the street. The developer's recent photos show the blocks, courtyards and pools finished.

The homes range from 2+1 apartments to duplexes and two-story garden villas. The developer's gross figures, which include terraces and gardens, run from about 108 sqm for a 2+1 to about 436 sqm for a 5+1 duplex, and many duplexes have a private garden or a roof terrace. The site has an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool, a gym, a squash court, a basketball court, a kindergarten and walking paths along water channels between the blocks.
