Nida Life

The Nida Life project of Ozmilenyum Insaat is located in the Esenyurt region of Istanbul. The residential/commercial project encompasses a total land area of 15.959 sqm, on which the structure rises in 11 blocks. There are 777 residential and 20 commercial units available for the residents. The project was finalized in 2016 and the units were delivered to clients in May 2017.

Nida Life in Esenyurt offers two distinct types of residential quarters such as 1+1 and 2+1 apartments. These units are aimed at clients with small families or a single, working/studying clientele. The project stands in a location close to commercial centers like Bakirkoy, Fatih, Basaksehir and Zeytinburnu. Through the M1 metro and metrobus lines, both the European and Anatolian sides of Istanbul can be reached instantly. Also, the nearby E-5 highway passes through the region, ensuring fast and easy transportation to various other districts.

The Nida Life project offers its residents an enjoyable way of living. The social facilities and services provided for the clients’ use are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a children’s swimming pool, a fitness center, walking tracks, a sauna, a sunbathing and recreational terrace, a viewing terrace, a restaurant and café, CCTV surveillance by 24/7 security staff, intercom installations, central heating and a power generator.
