Twin Park Evleri is located in Esenyurt and is built through the cooperation of Ozveziroglu Insaat, Turkuaz Yapi and Promas Insaat. The project is built on a land area of 4.500 sqm in total and incorporates 128 residential units. The delivery date of the units was April 2017. Twin Park Evleri rises in 2 blocks and each floor consists of 6 units in total. The estimated area per unit is set as 120 sqm and each unit is designed as a 2+1 apartment type.
