Sehrizar Konaklari

The Sehrizar Konaklari Altunizade Project is constructed in cooperation between GAP Insaat and Emlak GYO in Uskudar. The project occupies an area of about 49.000 sqm, on which there are 38 blocks consisting of 208 units for residential purposes. Sehrizar Konaklari is designed as low-rise buildings to create a green and warm village culture that provides a neighborhood culture to residents. The project, which was built on land right after the FSM Bridge, gives the residents an opportunity to see the Bosphorus and bridge view. There is also a fitness center, sweat rooms, a sauna, swimming pools, a walking track, and sports facilities like a football pitch, a basketball court, a tennis court and so on and so forth. It mostly addresses big families with children due to its big apartments; it also offers a property investment for individuals thanks to its perfect location, which is very close to the Levent district, Uskudar district, Kadikoy district and Besiktas district.
