Tekfen Topkapi

This project was cancelled and was not built.

Tekfen Topkapi was planned by Tekfen Gayrimenkul in the neighborhood of Maltepe in Topkapi. The project was to comprise 4 blocks, 2 horizontal and 2 vertical, with 350 units designed as 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 units, together with commercial units. It was designed by HPP International, which is one of the most prestigious architecture firms in Germany, and its interior design was created by Toner Architecture. A pre-demand period was opened in 2017, but construction did not start, and Tekfen sold the land to another developer in 2023.

The plans offered a kindergarten where the residents could leave their children, a parking garage, a walking track, an ornamental pool and full-time security control, with a balcony for each unit.

The site is 1 min away from the Davutpasa Y.T.U. metro line via Yilanli Ayazma Avenue and from Istanbul Yeni Yuzyil University. It is 4 mins away from Panorama 1453 Historical Museum, which is one of the best places to visit in Istanbul. It is also 12 mins away from Kennedy Avenue, which is the main coastline, and 15 mins away from Turyol Bakirkoy Pier via Mehmet Akif Avenue.
