Avcilar Park

The Avcilar Park project, built through the cooperation of Toya Yapi and Gul Proje, is located on Avcilar district’s Resitpasa Avenue. The district is central to both the Esenyurt and Kucukcekmece regions of Istanbul. The residential project includes 275 residential units fitted with built-in white goods, intercom systems, split air conditioners, an en-suite bathroom, a shower cabin and a balcony option. The project rises in 19 blocks with few floors and is laid out on 39.000 sqm of land. The highlighted use of green living space in the project encompasses 24.000 sqm, which creates a mini paradise-like environment in the urban city.

Other facilities and services provided for the residents of Avcilar Park are an outdoor swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool, a children’s playground and recreational parks, a sauna and Turkish bath, spa units, a marketplace and walking track, volleyball and basketball courts and the incredible view of the sea.

The safety of the residents is taken into consideration in the project. The availability of security personnel on guard 24/7 and CCTV monitoring around the residential compound protects the residence from outside intervention.
