Toya Vista

Another recent project of Toya Yapi, Toya Vista rises in Avcilar, a district that is newly gaining value, known for its close proximity to Beylikduzu. The project contains 133 residential units accompanied by 6 commercial units.

The social facility is located on the 15th floor of the Toya Vista residence. Other social features of the project include an outdoor swimming pool, a café and restaurants, a fitness center, a walking track, billiard and table tennis units, a steam room and a children’s recreational park. The residential project incorporates a total area of 6000 sqm of green living space.
