Bahcesehir Atmaca

Bahcesehir Atmaca is built in Bahcesehir by Atmaca Gayrimenkul and consists of 225 units on a 48.441 sqm land area. In the project, the aim is to create a lifestyle that is in the city but calm and peaceful within nature. The main design principle of the project is to maintain the neighborhood relations which have weakened over the years. The aim is for all the buildings in the project to have fewer floors. To achieve this goal, four different block types are designed. A small boutique site project has been created with the aim of maximizing green areas.

There is a large garden area and a social facility located in the residential area for the accessibility of the entire site. In addition to indoor and outdoor swimming pools, common areas such as children’s playgrounds, a fitness center, a basketball court, a Turkish bath and a Finnish bath offer a dynamic and social life for the residents. Outdoor and indoor parking areas and extensive on-site routes ease the flow of vehicles. The apartments have everything the residents need for comfortable housing, in which every detail is carefully thought out.
