Basyapit Dragos

The company Basyazici Group has developed the Project Basyapit Dragos as a new generation residential complex with high-rise culture and the urban living standards. The complex incorporates both residential and commercial units, specifically 150 and 8 respectively for each purpose. The project will offer 4 types of residences to the prospective clients, with 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom types and also having different sqm per unit areas for each residential option. The estimated construction area of the project has been 32 thousand sqm. The commercial units are designed as stores instead of office areas.

The units were scheduled for delivery to their owners starting from August 2018.

Basyapit Dragos will also have various social reinforcements that address different necessities.
