Deluxia Park Residence is located in Pendik, Kartal, which is one of the most favored towns of Istanbul. The project is built by Teknik Yapi on a 7.157 sqm area and consists of 3 blocks: a residence with 35 floors and 364 luxurious units featuring home offices, and 2 offices with 6 floors each and 34 commercial units.
