Lavita Loft

Lavita Loft was the name of the new project to be designed by Ascioglu Yapi. Lavita Loft will take place in Maltepe Zumrutevler. Within the scope of the project, 488 residences will be added to commercial areas as well. The Lavita Loft project, which will be located on 14.800 sqm land area, is designed between from 40 sqm to 500 sqm. Lavita Loft project will have 1 + 1, 2 + 1, 3 + 1, 4 + 1, 5 + 1 and 5 + 2 units. Moreover, the project is quite rich as a social asset and will have a lifelong residence project. The project will include outdoor and indoor swimming pool, fitness center, multi-purpose sports fields and squash as well as a sauna and steam room with resting concept. The project includes playgrounds for children, antique theater, supermarkets, cafés, hairdressers, conference halls, etc. The Lavita Loft project is on the Anatolian side of Istanbul in Maltepe. The project is located 10 min away from the seaside road and Bostanci – Adalar pier, and 5 min away from Bagdat Caddesi. Maltepe University and Yeditepe University. The sale of the Lavita Loft project, which is in the preliminary demand phase, has not yet begun. Lavita Loft project was scheduled to be delivered in March 2020.
