Maltepe Evlapark Seyir Evleri is a residential project built in cooperation by KIPTAS and Foy Insaat. The entire project is situated on a 12.300 sqm land area. There are 180 residential units available in the complex. The residential units range from 2-bedroom houses to 4-bedroom houses, with unit sizes between 111 and 192 sqm. The units include built-in white goods, central heating, and en suite bathroom and balcony options.
