Marmaroom

The Marmaroom project is constructed on a 13.000 sqm land area which has a 45.000 sqm construction area, so it is a well-supported complex. It is located in Maltepe, which is one of the modern and fast-developing districts in Istanbul.

The facilities provided by the project are very satisfying. For example, there are a swimming pool, a café, a restaurant, a parking lot, a social facility and more… There will be one closed parking area for each apartment, and a separate storage area, proportional to the size of the apartment, is provided for each apartment.
