Seyr-i Adalar

Seyr-i Adalar is a residential project located in Istanbul’s Maltepe district. Maltepe district is located on the Anatolian side and both the district and the project are close to the Maltepe seaside, which is on the Marmara Sea. The project’s units also overlook the Marmara Sea and its islands, which provides an excellent view from the comfort of one’s home. The Seyr-i Adalar project has 120 residential units. These units are contained in a single-block structure with a 3.597 sqm land area. The project’s units have areas per unit ranging between 122 and 168 sqm. The construction of the project ended in May 2016, and the units were then delivered to their owners.

Some of the features inherent to the project are a children’s playground, a sauna, a fitness center, a cafeteria, a basketball court, a walking track, a recreational pod, a pond area, a gazebo, an underground parking lot and a central satellite system. Also, central heating, built-in white goods and heat cost allocators are present in each unit. Balcony options are also offered to the clients.
