Spradon Vadi

The project got its name from the ancient name of Bahcesehir city, Spradon. It was constructed on Waterfall Street in Bahcesehir. There are 5 blocks with 9 storeys and 12 storeys as well as two towers with 28 storeys and 30 storeys inside the project. 70% of the project is designed as green areas, which are combined with beautiful waterfalls.

Among the social facilities of the project, hiking fields, waterfalls, a car park, a fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sun terrace, a sauna, a kindergarten and a Turkish bath are available.
