Strada Bahcesehir

Built by Akzirve Gayrimenkul in the Basaksehir district’s Bahcesehir region of Istanbul, Strada Bahcesehir rises in 3 blocks. Strada, which means avenue in Italian, serves the “gusto” of its residents. The comprehensive project consists of 2500 residential units in all three stages. The total land area the project encompasses is 105.000 sqm, whereas the construction area is more than triple the land. The project’s architectural design was conducted by DB Architects Company. The project was expected to gather 250 million USD of investment by its delivery date, which made it a profitable real estate investment.

The project contains residential units varying between 1+1 and 4+1 types. Other than the residential area, a shopping avenue is incorporated into the commercial area.
