Strada Plus

Strada Plus is a project of Akzirve Gayrimenkul that is currently being built as the second phase of a 2.500-unit project. In that second phase, there are 880 units for residential purposes. The first phase was sold out with such huge success that in the first 10 days there were 100 sales. Therefore, the expectations for the second phase sales are as high as before. This creates an investment opportunity for investors rather than residents.

The project is located very near to Istanbul Airport, the 3rd Bridge and connection roads, which makes it a very central living area. A metro line was also planned to open in 2019. All these probably increase the house prices by as much as half.
