Arma Modern

Okkalar Insaat’s new project Arma Modern rises in Maltepe and contains 8 floors in a single-block structure. There are 32 residential units in the project. The project encompasses a land area of about 1.335 sqm. There are 2 types of residential units available in the project, which are the 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom options. The area of the units ranges between 95 and 105 sqm per unit.

It is advertised that the project includes features such as a walking track, an underground car park, an outdoor parking lot, 24/7 security staff with CCTV watch and controlled entrance to the residential complex. The structural qualities of the residence include an elevator, central heating and heat cost allocators installed in each unit.

The project is located in Maltepe’s Altaycesme neighborhood. There are venues such as Kartal courthouse and Uskudar Avenue, which includes IETT bus stops and minibus routes. Hence, transportation has been made easier for the prospective residents of the project.
