Mika Kucukyali

Built by Mika Insaat, Mika Kucukyali is located in one of the most preferred districts on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, Maltepe Kucukyali. There are 17 units in the project in four different types: 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1. While the project consists of only a single block, the block is surrounded by a little garden.

Mika Kucukyali is a highly remarkable project, thanks to its location. Kucukyali Station on the Kadikoy – Kartal Metro Line is only 3 minutes away from the project. It is also right next to the D100 highway, where a lot of bus lines are actively running. On the other hand, the project is very close to the Maltepe Coastline for the residents who need some silence and greenery to get away from the strain of city life.
