Double Flats

Double Flats is owned by KSK Yapi and rises in the Maltepe district on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. The project is situated at the crossroads of three major districts of the Anatolian side, which are Maltepe, Umraniye and Uskudar. The majority of the units available in the residence are 1+1 units and all units within the project are designed as duplexes. The project consists of 51 residential units that vary between 1+1 and 3+1 units and have an estimated area per unit of 55 – 125 sqm.
