Kayim Rezidans

Built by Kayim Yapi, Kayim Rezidans rises in Maltepe. The project consists of 117 residential units, which are designed as apartment units. There are three different types of residence in the project, which are studio units, 1+1 and 2+1 options. The complex is built upon a 3.236 sqm land area and the estimated area per unit ranges from 44 to 90 sqm. The expected delivery date of the units was set as June 2019.
