Fullada Maltepe

The Fullada Maltepe project is owned by FCA Insaat and it is located in Maltepe on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. The project encompasses a 6.407 sqm land area and consists of 154 residential units gathered in three separate blocks. The sizes of the residences vary between 110 and 126 sqm per unit. All the residential units are designed as 2+1 apartments. The Fullada project overlooks the Marmara Sea and the islands, which offers a spectacular view for the residents of the project.
