Adalife Maltepe

The Adalife Maltepe project of Colakoglu Yapi Group rises in the well-known district of Maltepe in Istanbul. The project consists of 116 residential units, which lie on a 7.000 sqm land area in total. The blocks are designed to be mid-height and in a partly conventional style. This style of the residential project adds a sense of familiarity for the prospective residents. Adalife Maltepe extends the line of apartment culture to the luxury of residential living standards.

Some of the aspects that are highlighted in the project are the indoor car park; tennis, football and basketball courts; the availability of table tennis, billiards and table soccer in the common area; the children’s playground; 24/7 security staff and controlled entrance; and the power generator. Also, each unit is designed with a built-in oven, washing machine and extractor hood in the kitchen, an air conditioner in the living room and bedroom, a central heating boiler and a fire alarm included.

The Maltepe district can be reached quite easily both via public transportation and by driving. Specifically, the Zumrutevler location is known for its centrality, since the region has many IETT bus stops and also local minibus routes. Maltepe metro station is another means of transportation that eliminates the problem of traffic.
