Nuvo Dragos

Ozderici Gayrimenkul’s recent project Nuvo Dragos rises in the Maltepe district of Istanbul. The residential project consists of 5 blocks of both residential and commercial spaces. There are 999 residential units accompanied by 7 stores and 1 workplace within the complex. A high percentage of the project consists of 2+1 and 3+1 types of apartment units, ready for residence.

The project aims to present its clients with units to be used as both large living spaces and home offices in Block A. Other blocks contain different types of residence opportunities. Nuvo Dragos emerges as a project in which the residents’ comfort and convenience are given utmost importance. Hence, the living spaces are filled with social facilities such as outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a children’s swimming pool, a walking track, a fitness center, basketball and tennis courts, green living areas, a children’s park and playgrounds and other recreational venues.
