Ritim Istanbul

Ritim Istanbul is located in the Maltepe district on Istanbul’s Anatolian side and is built by Mazaya Holding. The project is built on a 35.000 sqm land area and includes 1.373 residential units as well as an office-type commercial area. This vast complex for residential and commercial purposes is situated right across from the E-5 Highway and very close to TEM, Bagdat Avenue, the coastal road and the courthouse. There will be two stages for the construction of the Ritim Istanbul complex and the units of the first stage are ready for delivery now.

The increased number of residential unit options provides the optimal option of residence for almost all needs. The options range between studio units and 5-bedroom house units.
